Mickleton Games and Sports Area 

On 8 April 2021 Mickleton Parish Council opened the Mickleton Sports and Games Area on Taylor Drive, off Glasshouse Road (behind Mickleton Primary School).

Facilities include:

• 2 tennis courts.  Court 1 is also equipped for netball.
• A Mixed Use Games Area (MUGA) marked out and equipped with posts for 5 a side football, basketball and volleyball.
• 8 pieces of outdoor adult gym equipment.
• Skateboard area.

The facility is open to the public seven days a week during the following hours:

• Summer months (1 May–30 September) 8.00am– sunset if earlier than 9pm (the latest)
  
• Winter months (1 October–30 April) 8.30am–sunset

It will be locked outside these hours.
