Historically a centre for market gardening, Mickleton is sheltered to the north by Meon Hill and to the east by the Cotswold escarpment with its two celebrated gardens at Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate Court.
Residents wishing to learn about our clubs, societies and activities will find some basic details about them, plus contact details for the many volunteer organisers. Those thinking of moving to Mickleton will also find a wealth of useful information here.
We have several charities which support our community and two churches, along with other institutions such as the Parish Council and King George's Hall which contribute to the life of the village.
For visitors and residents we offer two pubs, a hotel, a small supermarket, butcher, farm shops and a growing range of small businesses. This is a great location for walkers and several footpaths take you from the parish church to Hidcote, Kiftsgate, Ilmington, Ebrington and Chipping Campden.
Whether your visit is brief and for leisure, or maybe you are a new resident finding your feet - you can be assured of a warm welcome.
